Information channel (whistleblowing)

Antonia Yeste García (hereinafter Gabinete de Gestiones Grupo Inmobiliario) makes this channel available to you to report, in a confidential and also anonymous manner, criminal or administrative offenses serious or very serious, as well as regulatory violations (including PBC/FT) detected in a work or professional context.

Workers, former workers, self-employed, interns, candidates, agents and collaborators, suppliers and other persons with a professional relationship with Gabinete de Gestiones Grupo Inmobiliario.

Deadlines and follow-up

  • We will send an acknowledgment of receipt within 7 calendar days from receipt.
  • We will issue a response on the actions within a maximum of 3 months (extendable in particularly complex cases).
  • We may request additional information and provide a secure communication channel, even if your communication is anonymous.

In addition to this internal channel, you can contact the Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection (AAI) or, if applicable, the competent authority in your autonomous community, following the procedures published on their electronic platforms.
